Allow customers to insure their invoices themselves on your website via our white label solution. Integrating with your clients accounting, the white label gives them insights into their debtors and allows them to purchase policies online.

DO I NEED TO BE REGULATED TO SELL INSURANCE TO MY CUSTOMERS?

Yes. As insurance is a regulated industry, you will need to be registered with the FCA in order to obtain our platform and sell insurance to your customers and on their behalf.

WHAT KIND OF INVOICES CAN MY CUSTOMERS INSURE?

As a business we insure the nominal value of invoices, rather than the assets associated with it. At the moment we are capped at £50,000 per individual invoice. Please call us on  +441423222417  if you need to insure a higher value.

WHAT IF MY CUSTOMER ALREADY HAS WHOLE TURNOVER COVER?

This product is built to serve companies unable to afford whole turnover cover, and also for those who find invoices outside of their current Trade Credit Policy that they are not able to insure.

WHAT KIND OF LIMITS ARE APPLICABLE?

In terms of maximum levels and limits, unlike other trade credit providers, we do not operate on a credit limit structure. We have simplified the process so that you simply insure the invoice with us as it comes.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

The process takes a matter of minutes. Once the details are filled in you will be asked to check the policy and make the payment. A copy of the policy and receipt will be automatically sent out to your customer and you.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED FROM MY CUSTOMERS IN ORDER TO INSURE AN INVOICE?

to insure the invoice via the TradeCrediTech terminal, you will need to enter:

  • Your clients company details.

  • Their debtors company details.

  • The invoice value.

  • The invoice number.

  • The issue date of the invoice.

  • The due date of the invoice.

These fields are necessary to automatically generate the price to insure the invoice in hand.

HOW DOES MY BUSINESS SET THIS UP ON OUR WEBSITE?

There is no need to hire any developers or do any heavy lifting work. Simply pass on your branding guidelines to our design team and we will start working on a white-labeled version of the terminal that is suitable for your customers use.

Once the final Terminal look and feel has been approved, we will simply send over a redirect URL for you to implement as you see fit on your site.

WHAT IS THE SMALLEST AMOUNT I CAN INSURE?

Your clients can insure an invoice for as little as £10 and up to £50,000. For larger invoices, please call us on  +441423222417.

The invoice insurance price starts at £5.60 per invoice and will fluctuate based on credit ratings, invoice value and terms.

BY TAKING OUT OUR MANUAL EFFORTS, HOW DO WE INSURE WE WILL GET PAID?

We have a simple back office solution that will allow you, as a brokerage to keep track of every client that has synced to the Terminal, as well as each deal they put through.
